Payment & Shipping
How do I make a payment for a
purchase?
We offer several methods to make payments for your order: Net Banking, Direct
bank deposit, Cheque, Demand Draft, Money order.
All products and services require 100% advance payment. Except if the any one or more items included in the Soya milk and Soya paneer/Tofu making machine set, Bottle sterilizer or any other product manufactured, fabricated or sold by us is unavailable in extra for delivery, you will have to submit 50% advance payment, and remaining payment as soon as the product is available for delivery. The product delivery will be done when we receive 100% payment.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a
purchase (Octroi, Taxes etc.)?
There are
absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed
for all items are final. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly
what you pay for the item. All taxes what so ever applicable
are to be paid by you extra.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery of Soya milk and Soya paneer/Tofu
making machines or Bottle sterilizer: If the machine is ready, in extra stock,
you will be called for training and the delivery will be done after the
training. If one or more items are not in stock, you will be informed by any
convenient manner, and the delivery will be given as per availability.
Delivery of yantra: The yantra will be delivered after making it siddha/charged as per the beneficiary name (For Yantras) (the making-it-siddha / charging procedure takes 4 to 5 days) and will be delivered in next 2-3 days.
Delivery of e-books: The download link will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment, which will be valid for one month or max 5 downloads what-so-ever is earlier.
Delivery of Hypnotherapy audio sessions: The download link will be emailed to you within 8-10 days of receipt of payment and all requisite data from you, which will be valid for one month or max 5 downloads what-so-ever is earlier.
Delivery for ISO Certification: The soft copy of your ISO Certification will be send by email to your specified email id within 8-10 days after submitting your documents and of completion of the procedure.
Delivery for ISO Brain frequency/Sound therapy products depends on the time required to make them. If they are ready, The download link will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment, which will be valid for one month or max 5 downloads what-so-ever is earlier.
Delivery time of other products depends on the availability.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all
deliveries by online download or through reputed couriers depending on the type
of product.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Cancellations
Order once placed cannot be cancelled in any condition.
Refund or transfer of payments
Any payment submitted to us will not be refunded or transferred to any one else in any condition.
To get a
defective item replaced
Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call our executive, within 24 hours from the time and date of delivery.
You will have to send the defective product or part to our specified location by your expenses and the defective product or part will be repaired. If it is un-reparable, in only that condition a replacement will be shipped after we receive the defective product or part (subject to availability).
